The Maclife Fighter Aerobic/anaerobic System of Training (F.A.S.T.) is a 12-week high-performance fighter conditioning program based on scientific research. Developed in collaboration with Conor McGregor by the world’s finest sports physicians and exercise physiologists to get you into fighting form quickly!
You will get access to the following resources:
A 12 week fighter fitness program designed just for your lifestyle and degree of experience. The program incorporates aerobic and anaerobic conditioning sessions drawn from our database of over 800 specific training drills. These are organized in a certain order to optimize both training stimulation and recuperation. A heavy bag, a treadmill, an exercise bike, and a rowing machine are all you need. A heart rate monitor will also be required to track your workout performance.
