Natalie Sabin and BJ Ward
Ward, BJ:
I’m a former United States Army soldier and multi-sport athlete. I have a degree in exercise science, worldwide experience working in a sports science lab, and certifications from a variety of organizations, including Precision Nutrition.
But, more importantly, I’ve been coaching for more than a decade. I’ve worked thousands of client hours in that time, for folks just like you. That’s true, I coach individuals in person, not only on Instagram.
Oh, and I’m fascinated with amazing coffee, ice skating (imagine a newborn giraffe on the ice), and hating on burpees. That’s correct, there will be no burpees in this course. You’re really welcome.
Natalie Sabin: Natalie is the science gal and nutrition coach at Born Fitness. She is a camping queen (more like glamping), a 90’s rock music enthusiast, and the mother of two spunky girls.
Her coaching skills enable her to provide clients with the keys to unlocking basic habits that produce great results—and you can obtain those keys in this course.
Nat’s path began with a degree in Health Sciences, followed by Precision Nutrition Level 2 certification.
When she isn’t in the kitchen or living her best life, she can be found reading about nutrition and pursuing a Masters in Human Nutrition and Performance.
