Shaolin Rouquan is a Shaolin School of Martial Arts inner strength practice.
It is reported to have been invented by the Second Master Hui Ke of the Songshan Shaolin Temple and consists of three sets of Rouquan exercises.
It was only taught to the temple’s top monks and only within the temple’s compound, not to be propagated to the outside world.
This type of workout involves moderate and vigorous continuous motions that need a mix of mind, strength, and good breathing.
It is appropriate for those in their forties and fifties.
The teacher is a gold medalist in the National Shaolin Kungfu Competition and a 32nd generation Shaolin Temple descendent.
