Hello and welcome to the hamstring rehab program! This is appropriate for mild to severe hamstring discomfort caused by a muscle strain or tendon difficulties.
You can begin shortly after the original injury; but, if you fear a more serious injury, speak with your doctor first. Wait at least a week before starting day 2 because you’ll be foam rolling your hamstrings. You don’t want to perform this too early in the injury process since it might cause extra pain and inflammation.
Always be cautious and gentle with these workouts. It’s natural to experience some discomfort when performing these, but you shouldn’t feel any pain!
