What exactly is a 30-Day Weight Loss-athon?You’d lose weight if you only did a quarter of everything you already know about losing weight, right? You already know it’s true!
As a result, our slogan is: It’s Not What You Know, It’s What You Do.
The 30-Day Weight Loss-athon is all about getting things done. A month of little but significant acts to help you reduce weight.
This is how it works:
1. Each day, I’ll assign you a 10-minute weight-loss assignment.
That’s right – only a little weeny ten minutes! I may request that you plan, buy, arrange, or accomplish anything. Some activities may need actual movement, such as walking around the block, while others will require no movement other than your synapses firing. All chores will be basic, or at the very least broken down into simple steps.
2. You read and execute your activity every day.
3. After finishing your work, you check in on the post for that day.You can check in by posting a remark to indicate that you have completed the activity. Even if you don’t take action, check in on a regular basis to sustain momentum and your commitment. You don’t have to be flawless, but you must be dedicated.
That’s only 10 minutes a day for 30 days, which is quite doable.
Will I Be Able to Lose Weight?
Weight loss, like most things, is mostly a result of cause and effect. Sure, there are exceptions, such as medicine or specific medical problems. But, for the most part, taking action yields outcomes.
I’ve done similar programs in the past, and what they accomplish is to get you to take action. You conquer procrastination, let go of perfectionism, get momentum, and gain confidence – and your life changes. People are astounded by what they can do in only a few minutes each day.
I can’t guarantee that you’ll drop a specific amount of weight. But I can guarantee that if you complete the daily activities, you will become an action taker, giving your mind and body a wonderful jump-start to weight reduction.
Some of you will lose weight, some will overcome exercise or emotional eating hurdles, and yet others will become more organized in order to make healthier food choices.

How Do You Maintain Accountability?
When you do each day’s task, you ‘check in’ and post a remark to signify you’ve finished it. This holds you accountable and provides you a sense of completion at the end of each day, which is highly motivating.
You may also share suggestions, ask questions, and enjoy the excitement of performing the program with others who share your interests.
One of the most motivating and fun components of the program is sharing the experience with a community of friends.
