Adriana M. de la Torre has substantial expertise with the Social Security Administration, having worked in both government and private practice. Adriana worked for the Social Security Administration’s Office of General Counsel in Region V, Chicago, before opening her own firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. She represented the Agency in federal district and appellate courts, especially in the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, in this role. She also offered advice and other legal services to the Commissioner, Regional Commissioner, Regional Chief Administrative Law Judge, and their staffs, as well as the field offices in Region V, Chicago, which spans seven states. Adriana is currently a member and co-founder of The de la Torre Law Office LLC. She represents persons before federal administrative authorities in this capacity. Her business is mostly focused on Social Security appeals to district courts around the country.

Andrew Sheff has been an Indianapolis lawyer since 1979.
Andrew has been assisting disability applicants at all phases of administrative processes as well as appeals in federal district and circuit courts for 37 years. He worked as a founding partner in an Indianapolis legal company until 2010. He presently works at the Sheff Law Office. He has been granted an AV-Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell peer assessment. He also serves on community agency boards and assists with neighborhood organizations.
