Use fundamental Orgasmic Upward Draw procedures to improve the health of your organs.
Module 5: Yin and Yang Harmonization Internally and Between Partners
Taoists believe that everything is a dance between yin and yang – opposites with opposing charges that produce everything.
When these energies are shared during lovemaking, they have the ability to synchronize your physical systems while also imparting a greater feeling of spiritual completeness.
Dual Cultivation was defined in ancient Taoist scriptures as a single person nurturing his or her yin and yang forces inwardly.
When cultivating with a partner, both persons must be proficient in circulating Qi through their own Microcosmic Orbit — utilizing the yang channel in the spine and the yin channel in the front of the body.
This module will teach you how to circulate your dominant yin or yang energy, or possibly your already alchemized yin-yang energy, through your own being and then share it with your partner via their Microcosmic Orbit.

Module 6: Sexual Reflexology – Unlocking Woman’s Mysterious Power
Ancient Taoist sages combined Jing Qi studies with conventional medicine to find that particular acupressure spots and meridians trigger and prolong arousal and pleasure — and bring in a wide range of health advantages. This research became known as sexual reflexology.
These experts were able to determine how, similar to how acupuncture sites on the hands and feet correspond to various internal organs, the body’s sexual structure affects certain organs and glands.
Stimulation along the vaginal canal, for example, has been shown to assist the kidneys, liver, spleen, pancreas, heart, and lungs.
In this session, you’ll learn about the science of sexual reflexology and how the Taoist points of love ignite your organs’ orgasm and spiritual vigor. You’ll also learn about woman’s secret power — and how her body was designed for enhanced sexual-spiritual alchemy.
You will learn the following throughout this session:

Maintaining your sexual health is critical to aging healthily, whether you practice Dual Cultivation or Solo Cultivation in your later years. In postmenopausal women, for example, estrogen is still required to help prevent bone loss.
The more abundant your Jing Qi grows, the more you have accessible to transfer to your organs and glands… as well as your bone marrow.
In this session, you’ll learn how to use particular breathing, mental focus, and tapping techniques known as Bone Marrow Nei Kung — or Bone Breathing — to halt the aging process and promote bone marrow regeneration.
One of the advantages of Bone Breathing is that it keeps your joints supple. Because red and white blood cells are created in the bone marrow, Bone Breathing assists in maintaining a robust flow of oxygen to all of your cells… and building a stronger immune system.
This course will teach you:
How sexual hormones vary with age — and how males usually produce more yin energy while women produce more yang.
Bone Marrow Nei Kung is a separate discipline of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Exercises for Basic Bone Breathing
An Orgasmic Upward Draw practice with Bone Breathing — and how to stretch the energy to your kidneys and bones
Module 8: Use the “Love Vibration” to Nourish Your Brain and Elevate Your Mind.
According to modern research, during sexual excitement, the brain releases oxytocin and stimulates dopamine synthesis. These results back up what the ancient Taoists discovered.
You’ll go deep into the architecture of the brain’s glands… with an emphasis on pulling Compassion Qi into the center of your brain, which ancient Taoists referred to as the Crystal Palace — expanding on past techniques of refining Jing Qi into the lighter Compassion Qi of the heart.
Shen Qi is created in the heart, resulting in Golden Nectar. Jing Qi, the entire process is like to taking raw honey and refining it multiple times into sweeter, more delicate grades of honey.
After the brain has been filled with Shen Qi, the pituitary gland exudes Golden Nectar, which flows down into all of the body’s organs and glands, including the sexual organs, raising their vibrations for mind-body orgasm.
Memory improves and brain cells are nourished every time arousal energy is channeled to the brain, lowering sleeplessness, sadness, and other chemical imbalances in the brain.
This module will teach you:
Investigate the architecture of the brain’s glands, their roles in controlling health and wellness, and their relationship to spiritual growth – including the pineal gland’s capacity to reflect light.
Learn about the neurology of arousal energy, including how it is required to divide and rejuvenate your DNA.
Learn how to avoid “kundalini sickness” when working with high amounts of energy, including how to ground into the Earth utilizing the Microcosmic Orbit.
Review and practice the 9 Flower Qigong, with an emphasis on activating the Crystal Palace glands to create Shen Qi and Golden Nectar.
Awakening Higher Love – How Your Shen Qi, Fueled by the Heart and Jing Qi, Connects You to Universal Consciousness
Taoist elders learned from higher Qigong techniques that each of the five primary ying organs has its own consciousness or soul. The kidneys, for example, hold our Zhi spirit… our determination.
This module will teach you how to develop these five souls and combine them with awakened Shen in order to link with the Primordial Source, also known as Universal Consciousness.
Such higher vibrations need a lot of energy, which brings us back to the necessity of arousal energy. This is the Tao of Life’s cyclical nature.
You will learn the following in this final class:
Discover the Taoist concept of the three bodies: the physical body, the soul or Qi body, and the spirit body or Original Shen.
Discover the souls of the ying organs and their functions, as well as how the heart’s highly refined compassion Qi feeds these souls.
Learn more about the two components of Shen: our regular mind that lives in the heart… and Original Shen, also known as our eternal spirit.
Discover how the pineal gland not only relates to the clitoris, but also serves as a portal to the Primordial Source.
Learn about the Cosmic Orbit, which ties you to the moon, stars, and universe.
Experience a guided meditation using the Orgasmic Upward Draw to connect to a reduced version of the Cosmic Orbit.
