“Who Else Wants a Proven, Copy-and-Paste System to Significantly Increase Client Retention, Boost Engagement, and Keep Your Clients Motivated and Focused on Their Goals…for an ENTIRE YEAR?”
p. ppprompromprompromprompromprom
I’m ecstatic to introduce my 2017 Edition (100% fresh material) of my done-for-you Facebook content for fitness professionals!
I utilized EXACTLY same method to keep our client retention rates at 90%.
In fact, our typical client stayed with us for over three years!
Instead of simply revealing how I accomplished it (as you’ll see below), I’m going to offer you an ENTIRE YEAR’S WORTH of done-for-you, copy-and-paste material that you can use in your own business.
Not only that, but this material would be PERFECT for expanding your “Community Facebook Groups” in order to assist you generate a consistent, steady flow of leads into your business!
My name is Alicia Streger, and I’m 100% devoted to assisting fitness professionals by building plug-and-play resources, methods, and tools that can help simplify your company and bring more money to your bottom line.
I managed a multi-six-figure fitness business with four sites in Central Florida for over eight years.
I’ve worn every hat imaginable, from trainer to marketing to salesperson to customer service to admin to content producer to you name it.
There is just no way to accomplish it all and be successful without going insane…trust me, I tried.
I increased my fitness business from $75k to just under $200k per year in less than a year about 6 years ago (and it has grown immensely since then)!
I achieved it by developing procedures for everything in my business and focusing solely on Client Retention and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
It is MUCH simpler to maintain a current client than it is to spend time, energy, and money on acquiring a new one.
Developing a feeling of community was critical for us.
In reality, we generated RAVING FANS rather than merely a sense of community.
What I’m going to tell you actually CHANGED THE GAME FOR MY BUSINESS….and it can do the same for yours.
This is exactly what I did….
Given that around 95% of our clientele were on Facebook, the next logical move for us was to build a private FB group for our clients alone.
Our objective was straightforward.
We hoped to use this group to help us become a solid community.
We wanted to provide a space for our clients to form relationships, ask questions, and engage in dialogue.
We also wanted to educate, assist, and keep them on track.
So I constructed one and it was AWESOME.
However, after a few weeks, you could hear crickets within.
There were only three individuals posting in there (myself, one of my trainers, and another member)!
I used to struggle with creating unique material and ideas to keep my users interested and engaged.
Not only that, but publishing on our Private Members-Only page has added ANOTHER item to my never-ending “To-Do” list.
I knew Facebook was an AMAZING method to engage with our clients…. and I KNEW just by glancing at their profiles that the majority of them were incredibly active since they were commenting everywhere- EXCEPT in our Private Facebook Group!
That’s when I realized I needed to make a MAJOR adjustment to tackle this issue.
We experimented and tested a variety of posts and content before settling on the BEST and MOST ENGAGING ways to engage with our clients on Facebook.
What if I told you that by using THIS SINGLE SIMPLE STRATEGY, I COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED my sad, lonely Facebook Group into a healthy, engaged, and flourishing online community for my clients?

I seen it firsthand. How This New Strategy Has Significantly Improved My Business:
We INCREASED our retention rates since it provided us with yet another opportunity to exceed our clients’ expectations.
Our members were checking in and participating on our Private Page on a daily basis to ensure they didn’t miss anything.
We were able to obtain real-time feedback from our clients and learn about their problems and concerns.
We established a “SAFE-ZONE” for our members to express questions and receive assistance.
WE STRENGTHENED CLIENT-TO-CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS… Especially amongst persons who do not see each other on a regular basis from various areas.

Developing a stronger and more consistent technique to posting in your Facebook groups has MASSIVE value.
Doing so will set you apart from your competitors…
since VERY FEW PEOPLE DO THIS WELL!
However, there is a disadvantage to having an extremely active Facebook Group…
It takes a lot of work to come up with new, fresh, quality material to share with your members on a regular basis.
It’s one of those chores that starts off strong but eventually degrades into “another thing on your to-do list.”
That’s why you need a SYSTEM……and that’s why I created this application.

Portion Control Test:
When it comes to accomplishing your objectives, portion management is one of the MOST IMPORTANT aspects. Too much of anything is a bad thing.
Portion control can spell the difference between success and failure in any weight reduction or fitness program.
It’s much simpler than you think! Much of it is determined by what you have in front of you when you sit down to eat!
In a portion control study, 100 people were evaluated by Australian researchers. After instructing the participants on “eating slowly” and only eating until they were satisfied, the researchers served a 600-gram quantity of macaroni and tomato sauce to one group and 350 grams to the other.
“Overall, the large-portion individuals ate 34% more food than the smaller-portion ones.”
This demonstrates that, even if you’re educated and know how to eat gently, most individuals will devour whatever is in front of them! The idea here is to be conscious of what you put on your plate.
Check out these portion control ideas…
Keep in mind the real portion sizes for what you’re consuming.
Measure and weigh your meals until you understand what a genuine portion looks like.
Use a smaller plate or put less food on a larger plate!
Slow down your eating and pay attention to your body.
Consume until you’re roughly 80% full.
This week’s goal is to pay special attention to your portion sizes and to eat more slowly!
Are you ready to take on the challenge this week? Please leave a comment below with your promise!
