Module 1: The Unknowable Mystery
Keeping an open mind to new ways of doing things (December 4)

Turning to this ultimate mystery — the mystery of the unknowable One… the One at the heart of all authentic mystical traditions… the great emptiness that can never be known, described, or understood… the final transcendence hidden behind its own walls of light, unreachable by anything — in awe, surrender, and adoration is the key to the start of this extraordinary path of transfiguration and divinization by the mystery of the One.

It is the only way to remain infinitely open to new insights, new formulations, new conceptions, new talents, and new ways of being and doing everything, since this boundless intelligence and wisdom is always fresh.

Saying the Name is the practice for this week.

You’ll learn how to repeat the name of God that speaks to you the most deeply with all of your mind, body, and soul. Saying the Name keeps you linked to the unknowable mystery and in love with the unknowable One, which keeps you open to being filled with grace all the time. Rumi and Kabir’s teachings on the glorious secret will illuminate this practice.

Module 2: The Sacred Marriage Mysteries
How to Become a Life Dancer (December 11)

This is the mystery of how the One created the universe… and how the birth of the Divine Child can only take place in the core of our being… through the joyous dance of transcendence and immanence, of light and matter, of soul and body, of heart and mind, of masculine and feminine — offering us a way to birth our own Divine Humanity in the midst of extreme chaos and crisis.

This is the riddle of how the interpenetration of spirit and matter enables limitless changes of matter in spirit and spirit in matter — and therefore opens up the most remarkable and awe-inspiring vision of evolutionary possibilities for the human race.

This week’s exercise: The Hindu Tantric practice of joining in the golden chalice of the heart, with the transcendent Father’s golden light flowing down and the tremendous Shakti light shooting up from the ground, from the incarnate Mother. This technique brings together the archetypal lights that formed the cosmos and pours them into the golden cup of your heart, where they circulate and eventually run all the way down your body, giving you a profound sense of being completely empowered, both from the unseen and from creation.

Module 3: The Mysteries of Divine Humanity’s Birth
Radical Humility, Patience, Joy, and Trust (December 18)

This rich and embodied vision is based on the reality of what is coming through, not just from the great evolutionary mystics, but also from personal experience, about what it is like to live an embodied divine human existence — and the incredible power and inspiration it provides.

This birth produces seven important characteristics: radical humility, radical patience, radical joy, radical trust, radical bravery, radical clarity, and radical, passionate, embodied compassion shown in holy service. Finally, this mystery urges you to open to the amazement of being both human and divine, and to keep all of these traits alive and expanding by imbuing them with awe, which may reward you with unending endurance.

This week’s practice: Saint Francis’ Prayer.

This full and grandiose prayer reveals the Divine Human’s whole commitment to serving peace and love in every thought, emotion, and deed. Praying it with strong faith over time will help you develop a new level of embodied passionate compassion that will always lead you back to your most precious nature.

How to Feel the Awe of Your Divine Humanity
Surrender, humility, and trust are key virtues. Learn how to fuel your bravery and service by practicing awe.
A method of aligning oneself with your birthing Divine Human to overcome problems

Module 4: Andrew Integration Session (January 8)

This first integration session will begin with a little practice to bring your hearts and spirits together. You’ll next dive into holy dialogue with Andrew regarding the previous three modules’ lessons, and any questions or experiences that arise will be shared and explored.

Module 5: The Illuminated Mind’s Mystery: Cultivating Creativity, Discernment, and Guidance (January 15)

The next stage of human evolution will be the birth of the Divine in a divinized mind, heart, soul, and body — and the birth of the mind illuminated by heart knowledge, being embodied and felt in the body, and the mysteries radiated to it from the soul.

This will enable you to collaborate directly with the Divine to co-create a magnificent new universe — and unveil the marvel of what the mind that has been birthed into its core illumined nature is capable of.

This week’s practice: The Tibetan Practice of Uniting with the Universe’s Wisdom Mind.

In this magnificent exercise, you will visualize your favorite image of God and merge with it, dissolving into the nothingness that manifests you both. In the midst of everyday life, you may utilize this practice to quickly connect yourself with a spacious awareness that keeps you calm, focused, attentive, and receptive to direction, making you infinitely wiser, more serene, and more productive.

Recognize the dangers of the dark mind in yourself and others
To channel that recognition into an urgent, modest path of awe
That road of awe changes your thinking into a reflection of the Divine Mind.

A divinized intellect that is also embodied, ensouled, and infused with heart understanding may serve as a conduit for divine innovation and creativity in all areas of human effort.

Module 6: Awakening Ecstatic Communion With the Whole of Creation Through the Mystery of the Sacred Heart (January 22)

The Sacred Heart is the mystical heart core acknowledged throughout all mystical and evolutionary traditions as the point where body and spirit merge in ecstasy and revelation. When the heart realizes it is sacred, it awakens to an ecstatic connection with everything that lives and all of nature.

We’ll look at the debasement of the heart and its addictions to materialism, power, nihilistic hedonism, and other vices that rob it of its basic sacred character. To further the devastation of the earth, the corrupted heart joined with the destructiveness of the intellect intoxicated on power. As a result, there is an urgent need to reform and sacralize the heart so that it might become the organ of dazzling vision and abundant compassion that launches the reign of justice in the world, rather than the organ of madness that destroys.

This week’s practice: The universalist version of the classic Catholic vision of the Sacred Heart, which will refuel and revitalize you with holy, ardent energy by connecting you via grace with the blazing, ecstatic pleasure at the center of the Sacred Heart’s endless giving of itself. You’ll then have this energy to draw you back from the verge of paralysis, indifference, tiredness, or depression — and to plunge yourself into the live fires of resurrection that are the fires of the Sacred Heart.

How can we confront the sorrow of the heart’s humiliation in our day, when its ideals have been rejected and degraded?

Module 7: Andrew Integration Session (January 29)

This second integration session will begin with a little practice to bring your hearts and spirits together. You’ll next enter into holy dialogue with Andrew about the previous two modules’ lessons, and any questions or experiences that arise will be shared and explored.

Module 8: The Embodied Soul’s Mystery of Wonder and Love Embracing Matter (February 5)

The mystery of the embodied soul is the soul’s love of matter, of embodiment. The soul is in love with the body and longs to express that love, to fully comprehend the body’s love for it. The soul and the body become one when the soul’s love is fulfilled.

We’ll look at the awful consequences of not believing in the existence of the soul and not maintaining a delicate connection with it. This is our culture’s essential shadow. The failure to recognize that we are ensouled bodies with embodied souls has resulted in horrible melancholy, division, nihilism, and fatigue. The evolutionary mystics’ most astonishing finding was that they revealed to us a soul that longs to be experienced consciously and for the body to thrill to its embrace.

This week’s practice: The Sufi holy vision of seeing your soul’s small drop dissolving in the vast ocean of light that is God. You will get quick and delicate access to the healing reality of divine mercy, to the Divine pouring grace always towards you, via this elevated practice.

This module will teach you:

How evolutionary mystics teach not to separate the spirit from the body

Making Your Body a Holy Hologram of the Whole (February 12)

The ensouled body’s mystery is that it becomes a consciously and ordinarily experienced microcosm of the entire world, open to understanding itself as a hologram of everything. It’s about sanctifying and divinizing all of the body’s wants — not restraining them, but lighting them with love at their greatest intensity.

The distinction between your body and the Sacred Body is only one of perspective – your body is already a temple of the soul, a crystallization of light energies, and a manifestation of divine beauty and divine intellect.

This week’s practice: a reduced version of Sufi whirling, a type of physically active meditation practiced by Shams and Rumi. Whirling is done in and for the One, and it is something that anybody may do to feel the Divine Human’s abandon and freedom, emptiness and gentle sensuality.

This module will teach you how to:

to perceive yourself as crystalline light energy
To unlearn patriarchal beliefs that have demonized the body Inviting divine light into your body
To experience the delight of your body’s cells
To visualize and investigate the aroused Sacred Body’s passions and feelings.
To make one with the One who is the Dancer of All Worlds via whirling
