You’ve definitely tried a variety of stress-relieving techniques. The problem is that medicines, meditation, and increased exercise can help you lower the SYMPTOMS of stress, but they don’t address the CAUSE of stress, so it simply keeps coming back.

I understand how you feel. I was the largest Stress Bunny you’d ever seen as a creator. I spent the most of my life rushing from one location to the next on an arduous schedule. My body was in pain. My neurological system was in shambles. Every waking moment, I felt tense and on alert. I couldn’t sleep properly at night and would frequently end up collapsing into bed for several days at a time, wasting valuable time and costing me employment. Then, being the tough nut that I was, I’d get back up and repeat the process. Simply ridiculous!
I received massages, had lots of exercise, and was advised by well-meaning health experts to take this drug or that prescription. It may have helped for a brief while, but it never went to the heart of the problem. I was frightened to acknowledge I was crumbling for fear of not appearing tough enough. Nobody likes to hear that you’re struggling. If you exhibit any evidence of weakness, they will flee like the plague. Or they limit your chances and undermine your efforts.
As a result, I felt quite alienated and lonely while attempting to manage Stress while also attempting to improve my business. The two seemed to be always at odds, making living difficult.
