The hamstrings—what are they?
Located at the rear of each thigh, the hamstrings work to flex the knee and lengthen the hip. Most individuals don’t stretch enough, thus their legs always feel tight (the knee is always bent). Hamstring flexibility is affected by the calves and glutes, which must be stretched together with the hamstrings.
But I’ve been a rigid person my whole life; would this approach really work for me?
