Aparecido Faria, also known as “Professor Bill,” is a two-time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion and a five-time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu National Champion. He began training at the age of seven in Brazil. He is presently the chief instructor of Gracie Barra Rohnert Park in Northern California and a 3rd degree Black Belt under Carlos Gracie Jr. There are 20 chokes in all, including lapel chokes, collar chokes, and arm triangles.
