Walt Disney invented the term “imagineering” to describe the technique he employed to create visions and then convert them into reality. The engineering process entails generating and analyzing the processes required to achieve a desired condition. It may be used to assist customers in finding innovative solutions to a variety of difficulties.
Objectives of Education:
To explain how Walt Disney’s creative approach may be applied to improve any scenario that need creative problem solving.

Since its inception in 1975 by John Grinder and Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts has been a creator, author, teacher, and consultant in the area of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a model of human behavior, learning, and communication. Robert was a long-time student and collaborator of Grinder and Bandler, and he also studied with Milton H. Erickson, M.D., and Gregory Bateson.
