DescriptionDescription:
Is it possible to define a “healthy mind”? By defining mind as a “embodied and relational process that governs the flow of energy and information,” we may gain a deeper understanding of the links between brain, interpersonal relationships, and the mind. Dr. Siegel presents ways for more clearly and powerfully monitoring and modifying energy and information flow, as well as how the notion of integration may serve as an organizing principle that highlights mindsight, harmony, resilience, and vitality.
Objectives of Education:
Integrate knowledge from several fields to investigate a functional description of the human mind.
Adopt a new clinical evaluation technique that investigates how chaos and rigidity identify mental health issues.
Apply a working definition of mental health to a variety of clinical scenarios.*Content and confidentiality may be modified during sessions*
