Description:

Erickson valued multilevel communication. We will use “energetic communication” in this demonstration. To treat a traumatic event, Energy Psychology (EP) approaches will be integrated within an Ericksonian framework, first focusing on neutralizing the negative affect of the trauma with EP and then increasing positive resources and connections with Ericksonian Hypnosis.

Describe the four Emotional Freedom Techniques steps.
List at least two ways to use Ericksonian Hypnosis to strengthen your connection to a positive image of the future.
