Come observe and learn how to transition into a conversational trance induction while introducing people to meditation. You’ll discover how to bridge the gap between description (“Here’s what meditation is and how you do it”) and invitation (“You can merely observe and note the feel,… the feeling… of your breath”). The approach will be presented using a volunteer, but everyone in the audience will have the chance to engage in the experience phase of the process if they so want.
Objectives of Education:
Draw two parallels and two distinctions between hypnosis and meditation.
Describe three fundamental components of breath-based meditation.
