The focus of this workshop is simulated role-play demonstrations, which demonstrate the re-invented application of the WDEP system of reality therapy. A brief description of how reality therapy incorporates suggestion, reorientation, and utilization principles is followed by a brief discussion of human motivation and how the WDEP method integrates with Ericksonian Principles. Participants will receive practical ideas that will be instantly applicable on the workplace. Handouts that can be photocopied will be given.
