To break down communication obstacles, participants will identify and study culture across ten aspects. Participants will learn to evaluate their own and their clients’ cultural communication styles. Participants will also learn how to use particular tactics to support more successful communication with customers, helping them to build long-term trust and a deeper relationship with clients from other cultures.

Objectives of Education:

Explain the ten cultural and communicative aspects.
Using the ten categories, they analyze and categorize their own culture.
Determine how culture has influenced their previous communication with clients.
On a Culture and Communication Worksheet, use these factors to assess.
Use particular communication skills to communicate more successfully with a wide range of clients.
