DescriptionDescription:
Our views about ourselves and what is achievable in the world around us have a significant impact on our daily performance. We must adjust and update our ideas and tales about ourselves as our lives and the world around us change. Beliefs that previously served us well might become restrictive if they become too inflexible. This lecture will look at the structure and dynamics of our belief systems, as well as how to identify and update core beliefs in our clients and encourage transformation.
Objectives of Education:
Recognize and explain the link between beliefs, motivation, and symptoms.
Learn and outline an approach for assisting clients in identifying core beliefs and gaining additional options for responding to stressful situations.*Content and confidentiality may be modified during sessions*
