DescriptionDescription:
Childhood connection ruptures are taken to adult intimate relationships for mending. Romantic love involves choosing a spouse who mimics childhood caregivers, and the subsequent power struggle is an indicator of both lovers’ failure to satisfy each other’s needs. Imago Therapy assists couples in completing their romantic love agenda by recognizing unfulfilled childhood needs and empowering partners to help address those needs in each other. The Imago Dialogue Process, which helps couples experience contact and connection, will be shown in this session.
Objectives of Education:
Identifying the stages of marriage and the clinical difficulties associated with each.
To describe the Request for Behavior Change Process.*Content and confidentiality may be modified during sessions*
