DescriptionDescription:
A bottom-up vs a top-down method to psychotherapy is used in a psychobiological approach to relationship therapy. This implies that the couple’s therapist uses extremely quick, often unexpected interventions to access implicit systems, which are disclosed in micro expressions and micro-movements in the face and body, respectively. This class will present numerous fascinating bottom-up couple therapy strategies, such as the utilization of surprise comments, movements, positions, and music.
Objectives of Education:
At least three bottom-up approaches for acquiring implicit material should be listed and described.
Make use of at least one bottom-up intervention.*Content and confidentiality may be modified during sessions*
