DescriptionDescription:
Innovation, evolution, and development are all fostered by generative processes. One definition of “generate” is “to produce.” Therefore, creativity is the driving force behind generative change: The question is, how does one go about making their working life both productive and fulfilling? What are the secrets of building strong bonds with others? Is there a secret to become best friends with your entire being, flaws and all? All of them are fundamental obstacles to achieving an extraordinary life, but they may be overcome via the processes of generative transformation.
As a means of education, our goals are as follows:
Explain what we mean when we talk about generative change as opposed to corrective change.
Explain why it’s so crucial to overcome resistance in order to make progress.
Describe the part that various stages of transformation play in the generative alteration process.Editing may be done to remove identifying information and improve the flow of the session.
