An integrated strategy to treating profound trauma is demonstrated in this clinical case. East and west, old and modern traditions are approximated by DTMR. Concepts from western psychotherapy, transpersonal influences, and some Kardecism, Buddhism, and Xamanism are used. Active, eclectic DTMR reacts as a tool for individuals suffering from PTSD and dissociation while in a profound trance.
