Modern Scoring Brass is a prestigious 30-piece multi-instrument division library that was painstakingly created by meticulously recording individual brass masters on a trusted scoring stage.
This allows you to create your own sections with the sizes and instruments that best suit your production. The library is powered by our cutting-edge Orchestral Engine.
We are delighted to announce the release of Modern Scoring Brass (MSB). Modern Scoring Brass, built on our new orchestral engine, sets a new standard in orchestral and scoring brass.
This 30 piece multi-instrument divisi library was painstakingly developed by recording different players (one at a time)* on a trusted scoring stage, providing you with unprecedented individual control over each instrument and section. The instrumentation was chosen to provide a wide range of colors and emotions for your productions.
We’ve been asked repeatedly since the release of LA Scoring Strings in 2009 when Audiobro will release a brass library. We have always stated that we would only do it if we believed we could advance the quality and versatility of brass sampling by a generation. We know that “next generation” is a term that sample library developers use a lot, but we think you’ll agree in this case.
Size of the library:
– Approximately 160GB of lossless compressed audio files (approximately 260GB uncompressed). During installation, 250GB are required for the entire 160GB library. The 40GB “Full Mix Only” version of the library requires only 80GB to install.
– A 40GB library version of the Full Mix Only is also included (in the “Optional” section of the Audiobro Download Center).
– NOTE: After successfully installing the library, please make a backup for future reference. If you want to re-download all of MSB’s sample data, you must pay a $25 Amazon Web Server fee.
System Requirements at a Minimum:
– Windows – Windows 7 or Windows 8 (latest Service Pack, 32/64 Bit), Intel Core Duo or AMD Athlon 64 X2, 4 GB RAM (more RAM is better!)
Microsoft Windows XP is no longer supported.
– Mac – Mac OS X 10.12, 10.13, or 10.14 (latest update), i5, 4 GB RAM (more RAM is preferred – the more RAM, the better!)
