Each module is a step on the evolutionary journey toward becoming an Agent of Conscious Evolution contributing to a universal humanity.

Module 1: Communicating the Sacred Story of Conscious Evolution

With the threat of environmental and social collapse in many parts of the world, our culture has lost its compelling meta-narrative.

However, when you place yourself in the Universe Story – the 13.7 billion year sacred story of evolution through crisis and transformation leading to ever higher consciousness, freedom and more synergistic order – you can see that we are actually facing consciously what nature has learned to do for billions of years.

In this session, you will:

Understand the unfolding of the Universe Story through deep-time history using the evolutionary spiral as a developmental framework.
Recognize that you are an expression of the Universe Story; you are the universe in person, unfolding in an evolutionary mode, as the universe becoming conscious of itself.
Reflect on the power of story to change yourself and the world, and see how this story applies to your experience.
Clarify your intention and purpose in choosing to evolve.
Module 2: Understanding the Worldview of Conscious Evolution: Choosing to Evolve

Conscious evolution is the evolution from unconscious to conscious choice. Meaning evolution by choice, not chance. It marks a phase-change in evolution itself, leading to the empowerment of humanity in our ever-evolving universe.

As a developing Agent of Conscious Evolution you are a co-founder of the evolutionary movement now being born in every field and function as old systems break down and new systems emerge through all of us.

In this session, you will:

Learn the new worldview of conscious evolution, giving you the tools to become causal in your life by identifying situations in which you can evolve by choice, not chance.
Realize that you can choose the story you tell yourself about life experiences and thereby affect your own reality and everything around you – consciously evolving your life and contributing to the planetary shift.
Reflect on your life story through “evolutionary eyes,” finding the gifts within your past and present challenges.
See that your choice for more life, more expression, more love is natural and supported by the whole process of creation within you and beyond you.

Module 3: Practicing Evolutionary Spirituality

Evolutionary spirituality is the experience of incarnating the “Impulse of Evolution” as your own motivation to evolve. The originating Source that is creating the universe is becoming conscious of itself within you. In essence, you are “bringing God home as our own evolutionary potential”.

As an Agent, you are invited to enter a new sacred space called “Inner Sanctuary.” The planetary shift is occurring as many more of us are personally moving from ego to essence, and from fear into creativity and love. This is a critical aspect in your developmental path as a co-creator in self-evolution.

In this session, you will:

Connect to your own inner “Inner Sanctuary” throughout the day, as a source for continuous inspiration and guidance.
Learn a wide range of practices to connect to Source. Choose the best practice for you and gain support for maintaining it and deepening it throughout the course.
Bring your brain and heart into “coherence” by practicing techniques pioneered by HeartMath. You will also learn to create resonance when two or more are gathered to work together.
Learn the distinction between the ego and essence, and practice shifting from ego towards essence as your true identity and nature.
Discover how the emerging process of your personal shift contributes to the planetary shift.
Module 4: Accessing Your Deeper Life Purpose

As you make the shift to a conscious evolutionary worldview, a greater impulse of life purpose is awakened.

In evolutionary conversations with others who share your worldview, you will cultivate the “Impulse of Evolution” by bringing forth your unique calling and creativity in the company of other pioneering souls.

In this session, you will:

Learn to follow and act from your “compass of joy,” your own internal impulse of evolution, as it guides you to right action moment to moment.
Feel the power of group coherence and “vocational arousal” when two or more are gathered in a resonant field of communion.
Recognize vocation as a set of activities and experiences that bring you consistent joy – as the impulse of evolution localized within you.
Develop sacred practices to support your communion with two or more locally or globally in the field of pioneering souls.

Module 5: Activating Your Evolutionary Leadership and Evolutionary Circles

Here you will hone your emergent capacities for co-creative leadership and interaction, activating inner qualities that stimulate you to become an evolutionary leader.

While holding a space of deep listening and receptivity to others, you will learn to facilitate evolutionary co-creativity. And as you maintain an evolutionary mindset that you are inventing the future and looking for “next” practices and “best” practices, you will learn to engage the roles of dissonance and consonance in creating group harmony and coherence.

In this session, you will:

Learn to embody the essence of leadership.
Understand the technology of open mind, open heart and open will.
Cultivate listening to the larger field.
Explore action learning.
Learn about leading from the future.
Learn about creating and leading Vistar Circles as a building block for evolutionary community.
Module 6: Discovering the Patterns of a Co-Creative Society

Learn to follow your compass of joy, and begin to notice the “sector” of the social body within which you are naturally attracted to co-create.
These are represented by sectors of the Wheel of Co-Creation. You will begin to experience evolution by attraction in which each person is free to give his or her best in their chosen area.

In this session, you will:

Learn to feel your part in the greater whole, follow your compass of joy, and allow that inspiration and aspiration to empower and align you with the Impulse of Evolution.
Become a cultural co-creator, in which you intuit the greater pattern of evolution and discover that your role is integral and vital to the larger design.
Begin to align your own calling with others within and across sectors of the Wheel.
Explore the pattern of “12 around 1” as an organizing principle for wholeness.

Module 7: Pioneering Synergistic Democracy

Nature is a hierarchy of synergies that has created vast interconnected organisms for billions of years. The difference is now you are ready to create synergy consciously in order to survive and thrive. This is the wake-up call that can mature our species.
The conflicts and polarization in the world serve as evolutionary drivers toward a synergistic democracy. This is your opportunity to develop and experience the “memetic code” of the next stage of democracy.

In this session, you will:

Identify what’s needed for you to give your deepest gifts into our society and the ways you can contribute to the inspired efforts of others.
Discover sophisticated networking tools that can help you find soul allies who want to partner on co-creative projects.
Learn about synergistic democracy through the example of the SYNCON – a process where key individuals from each sector of society come together in the spirit of collaboration and identify breakthrough ideas and potential links.
Continue to use the Wheel of Co-Creation to support whole system shifting.
Module 8: Co-Creating the “New News” of What is Working

You are now ready to discover and connect what is working in every field and function as well as identify projects that are contributing toward a co-creative humanity.
As an Agent, you will learn how to identify local and global projects and co-creators, masterful innovators in every field and function who are already successful pioneers and initiators to help create a beautiful convergence and coherence of what is working, in service to the larger shift.

In this session, you will:

Explore The Planetary Peace Room where we learn together how to scan for, map, connect, and communicate what is working within key sectors of the Wheel of Co-Creation, identifying the genius of major global co-creators.
Identify social innovations such as new healthcare advances, conscious business, technological innovations, educational breakthroughs, and entrepreneurship that can help create a new planetary civilization.
Explore using digital media to communicate this “new news” to your community.
Celebrate individuals who are “crossing the gap” as conscious evolutionary leaders.

Module 9: Co-Creating the Planetary Shift in the New Era of Evolution: Includes Special Guest: Shift Network founder Stephen Dinan

This module prepares you to imagine and pre-experience the actuality of humanity’s planetary shift.

In this session, you will:

Learn about current plans for upcoming activities so you can actively participate in formal events in 2013 and beyond.
Share creative ways you might participate and attract others to weave their genius together.
Explore ideas for spreading excitement and engaging other networks of allies in collaborative initiatives.

Wherever two or more Agents of Conscious Evolution are joined heart with heart, the process of creation is activated. As an Agent, you will cultivate a resonant field of oneness with others by opening your heart and deepening your universal consciousness.
Through evolutionary circles, hubs and groups, you will be seeding patterns of synergistic cooperation that contribute to the planetary birth. Groups networking with each other can create a communal force to awaken evolutionary pioneers to launch the new movement for the planetary shift.

In this session, you will:

Embody the power of group coherence and understand what’s possible when two or more are gathered in communion.
Cultivate communion in resonant practices with other Agents, as well as with neighbors, family and other evolutionary souls in your community.
Explore how to become an evolutionary community.
Learn about forming hubs as seedlings of a planetary culture.
Become aware of the patterns and dynamics that create successful evolutionary communities.

Module 11: Taking the Inner Journey toward a Universal Human

This module prepares you for “mothering and fathering” the growth of the planetary infant. This is a loving process of nurturing what is being born within us.
The new norm for you includes incarnating the impulse of evolution, deepening your mystical peak experiences, and becoming a conscious co-creator with the creative process itself.

In this session, you will:

Access your own “inner scripture” guiding you as to what is deeply new within you through the 52 Codes for Conscious Self Evolution .
Relate what is being born in you to the 100-year collective vision of a universal humanity that calls upon your vocations of destiny.
Gain skills in entering the “imaginal realm” as a storyteller and visionary of the new.
Module 12: Celebrating the Journey

Through the journey of this ACE Training, you will have learned about the evolutionary worldview and your place in what’s emerging. You will have learned many practices to help you re-create your own story and shift from ego to essence.
You will have been practicing your social synergy and evolutionary leadership skills. You will have mapped specific ways you will contribute to our planetary shift. And now it’s time to reflect on how you’ve grown and identify the next steps of your own journey from here.

In this session, you will:

Review what you have learned in the course and assess where you are now strong and what areas you want to continue to focus on in your development as an Agent of Conscious Evolution.
