Every exercise with Shaun T is a celebration of self-confidence, body positivity, and pleasure.
Is LET’S GET UP! the correct fit for me?
Are you ready to make your workout a celebration of self-esteem, body positivity, and joy? Shaun T amps up the fun with easy-to-follow dancing steps, INSANITY®-style intervals, and even dumbbell resistance training to offer you a feel-good exercise that produces full-body benefits. Instead of pushing yourself to exercise, you’ll look forward to waking up and doing it.
How do the workouts go?
With LET’S GET UP!, you’ll work out 6 days a week for 30 days, 30 to 35 minutes per day. Shaun takes you through four dancing conditioning sessions and two dumbbell resistance workouts each week. The dancing workouts start with easy routines and bodyweight exercises to get your heart pounding and muscles burning before Shaun ups the ante (and your fitness) with a few INSANITY-style intervals. Resistance workouts use dumbbells to help develop and increase muscle endurance while swaying to a beat, keeping you happy through the heat. Every workout includes a modifier who displays softer versions of the techniques, so you may undertake this program even if you have no dancing or fitness expertise. Shaun developed LET’S GET UP! so that you may select your own path: Complete the 30-day schedule or choose any workout in any order.

You’ll need light and medium dumbbells for the resistance training.
