The word “Darkside” derives from elitefts, where the phrase was founded in unusual ways to strength training used by individuals involved with the firm during the company’s early years. Elitefts strength instructors and athletes were always seeking for new methods to grow stronger, often by using tactics from other sports, like as bodybuilding. 12 weeks of instruction with customizable spreadsheets for tracking and planning are given.
4 training days each week, which can be changed to 3-6 days based on your needs.
