The hsing-i chuan water fist, also known as tsuan chuan or piercing fist, is taught in this training regimen.
The tsuan chuan’s physical movement is from the bottom up and employs peng, an expanding interior energy.
The internal pressures generated by tsuan chuan during technique execution, in addition to its basic chi activity, immediately and positively impact the kidneys and the entire body’s vitality.
Tsuan chuan is associated with the water element and focuses on having the hands go around an opponent’s arms in the same way as water moves around a rock.
