When you have a verified company listing on Google Maps, local SEO becomes considerably easier and more profitable. Maps drive traffic in local SEO.

Process is quite simple.
This strategy is so simple to implement that you’ll wonder why you didn’t think of it sooner, and oddly enough, it’s even simpler to implement for SERVICE-based organizations.

Your clients aren’t interested in rankings or SERP graphs; instead, give them what they know will increase their revenue: phone calls!

Last year, I provided two techniques at the same time, and both of them worked for roughly eight months before Google began to clamp down. Now, in 2015, I have a totally new approach that you can use.

Unlike last year’s techniques, this one is more white hat and less black hat. It is a little more complicated, but the benefit is that your company listings will remain current and legitimate for much longer than with earlier techniques.

The only true limitation of this strategy is that it is geographically limited; if you live in California but have a customer in Florida, you will be unable to use this method. I know it’s painful, but if you can acquire a verified company listing that’s generating hot leads, you’ll have no trouble convincing a business owner to pay you a premium for those leads.

But the beautiful thing about this strategy is that even if you absolutely fail, do everything incorrectly, forget to disguise your IP, use banned phone numbers, and otherwise have the very worst luck in setting up a listing, all is not lost.

You know, while making the videos for the course, I found into something purely by chance; you can really hear the gears moving in my mind as I find something new about adwords.

But the best part is that it works for all PPC sources (adwords, bing, facebook, youtube, etc), so if you’re doing it for your clients, I’m sure you’ll find it quite useful.
