How do you tell when someone is having a “senior moment” and when it is anything more? This workshop will discuss the distinctions between “normal” and “not normal” brain aging. It will also help you better understand the brain alterations that occur with dementia and how these anatomical changes relate to changes in daily function. Furthermore, because dementia and depression/anxiety are frequently related, you will understand the parallels and distinctions in symptoms between the two disorders.
