Elliff Medical-Legal Services was founded in 1996 by Brenda Elliff, RN, MPA, ONC, CCM, LNCC. She works as a legal nursing consultant on both plaintiff and defense matters. She conducts record checks, creates tactics, and prepares expert witnesses.
Her practice includes Medical Malpractice, Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury, and a wide range of legal problems. Brenda formerly worked for a big law firm as a Health Care Coordinator and taught a Legal Nurse Consultation review course. She began working with attorneys on legal disputes in California and has now expanded her reach to include the Pacific Northwest.
Her clinical nursing expertise is extensive, spanning 40 years. Brenda has worked as a staff nurse, a nurse manager at a large teaching hospital, a nurse case manager, and an adjunct nursing lecturer.
Brenda likes performing with a local performance group when she is not nursing. The ensemble has appeared in the Los Angeles Christmas Parade, the Honolulu 75th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor Parade, and the Washington, DC Cherry Blossom Parade.
