Bruce Lee’s Fighting Method is a series of books that cover Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do martial arts talents.
The book is available in either a single hardback volume or four paperback volumes.
Bruce Lee’s Kung Fu combat skills, philosophy, and training methods are all described in the book.
Bruce Lee first published this book in 1966.
Lee, on the other hand, opted not to publish this book because he was concerned that teachers would utilize the combat information in this literature to market themselves.
After Bruce Lee’s death in 1978, his widow and wife Linda Lee Cadwell decided to make the information on her husband’s work public.
Lee’s death altered the outlook on disclosing the material that Bruce Lee himself had been debating.
Mitoshi Uyehara assisted in the publication of the book.
Uyehara founded and owned Black Belt Magazine.
Uyehara was the publisher in the early years of the journal.
During the 1960s, Bruce Lee wrote several pieces to the journal, and the two men became friends.
Uyehara, a martial artist in his own right, was instrumental in putting Lee’s work together for publishing.
