What is the purpose of this class?
Through a series of practical situations, this course will help you significantly increase your knowledge and abilities in business analysis. It is intended for persons who aspire to work as business analysts and management consultants, or who conduct a lot of business analysis at work. It is based on my 14 years of experience as a consultant at top consulting firms and as a Board Member responsible for strategy, improvement, and turnarounds in the largest businesses I worked for in the FMCG, SMG, and B2B sectors. Based on what you will learn in this course, I have educated over 100 business analysts and management consultants who are now Investment Directors, Senior Analysts, Directors in Consulting Firms, Board Members, and other positions. Furthermore, my Udemy courses have already been taken by over 28 000 individuals.
Because I teach via examples, the majority of the lectures will consist of a case study demonstrating how to address a business problem in Excel. I will also demonstrate the primary approaches used by Management Consultants to organize the business analysis effectively. Most lectures will have the Excel demonstrated in the lecture attached (in extra resources), so as part of this course you will also have a library of ready-made analyses that you can use in your work with little modifications.
Why did I decide to make this course?
Companies I’ve worked with as a Board Member (I’m usually the Chief Restructuring Officer VP responsible for Strategy and Development) continue to struggle with properly analyzing intermediate and advanced issues – they’re usually preoccupied with current activities and have little time for analysis and strategic decision-making. Furthermore, they do not know how to approach numerous things analytically to ensure that they are making the appropriate conclusion. As a result, they frequently recruit consultants who lack actual expertise and experience. This course is my tiny contribution to improve consultancy as well as operational and strategic assessments in FMC, SMCG, and B2B firms, as well as online models such as e-commerce, SaaS, and marketplaces.

How is the course structured?
The course is now structured into five sections, and future sections will be added to handle other essential subjects. Currently, the following sections are available:
Introduction. We begin with a brief introduction to the course as well as some basic information about the function of business analyst – what skills, education, and knowledge are expected of you, and what career pathways are accessible to you.
