Why should I purchase Levels 1-5?
Levels 1-5 provide a comprehensive program for improving your talents such as maximal strength, strength endurance, and coordination. Not only will the programs enhance these talents, but they will also increase muscular mass. Levels 1-5 include a comprehensive and progressive full-body exercise program that develops the requirements for abilities such as Planche, Handstand Pushups, Front- and Backlever, V-Sit, One Arm Pullup, Human Flag, and others, as well as direct skill training for those techniques. You must prepare your connective tissue in order to gain such abilities and avoid injuries. It must be able to withstand tremendous strains, therefore prepare it thoroughly with slow and step-by-step progressions. This is exactly what the Level 1-5 curriculum provides. Even if you meet the requirements for Level 2 or 3, you should still begin with Level 1-5 for the duration and to prepare your body from the start. Begin your self-improvement journey NOW!

How long will I be able to access the course?
How do you feel about lifelong access? After registering, you’ll have unlimited access to this course for as long as you want – across all of your devices.
Do you teach front lever, muscle ups, and other exercises?
In this program, you will gain strength and practice abilities like as the human flag, planche, frontlever, backlever, one arm pullup, muscle up, handstand and handstand pushups, v-sit, and others. In subsequent stages, you’ll even get workouts tailored to certain skills. You will also learn the fundamentals such as pushups, bodyrows, pullups, dips, squats, leg lifts, and so on. They are essential required for properly training the skills later on.
How long will it take for me to recover?
This was difficult to predict previously since it depends on a variety of factors such as your current level, your specific living condition, such as stress or sleep length, your coordination abilities, and so on. You should observe some results within 6 weeks, but bear in mind that it might be quicker or slower. If it is slower and you are unable to complete the criteria for the following level, you can also repeat your current level.
Is it feasible to stick to the program while still participating in other sports on a regular basis?
This is also incredibly personal. You may be able to participate in other sports at the same time, but overtraining may occur if you train excessively. In general, we don’t recommend doing multiple things at once because the more different things you do, the lower the quality of each of them will be. Generally, you won’t be able to focus on many tasks and expect the same level of excellence as if you just did one. We want you to select whether you want to produce good outcomes or whether you want to accomplish numerous things at once.
Is it feasible to complete the program without any special equipment?
The short answer is: No. For exercises like pullups, frontlever, and so on, you’ll need at least a pullup bar, and rings for exercises like Ring turn out support hold or bodyrows. Furthermore, we propose parallettes for workouts such as handstands, planches, and so on.
Is it possible to continue with the program despite my injury?
That is dependent on the kind of your injury. If you have a foot injury, you might be able to do pullups, for example. However, you should not workout if your back muscles are tight. If you have an infection, you should avoid training and give your body time to recover. We cannot rate your health, therefore please seek advice from your doctor or physiotherapist. This is something that the internet cannot adequately answer.
How time consuming is the program?
It varies across all levels and phases. There are workouts that take about 45 minutes to complete, but there are also workouts that take about 2 hours. It is dependent on your body’s capacity to adapt to workouts. Increasing strength necessitates longer recovery periods, which is why certain exercises may take a little longer.
Are there any mobility exercises included?
We included some exercises in this program that can improve your mobility, such as the v-sit and its progressions. We did not include a full mobility routine because it is outside the scope of this program. You’ll need more than one routine if you want to increase your mobility. We recommend adding our mobility curriculum because it focuses solely on mobility. You can combine this program with the mobility program, for example, by using the mobility flow as your warmup for the workout. However, you can do it separately, such as on rest days when you only do the easier exercises, or by splitting the mobility flow and doing it throughout the day.
When does the course begin and end?
The course begins anytime you want it to. You will train for 19 weeks, beginning with the first level. So, in total, 95 weeks, or about 24 months.
