Orchestral Brass Compact is a condensed version of Chris Hein’s extensive collection Orchestra Brass Complete.
It includes three trumpets, three trombones, and three horns, recorded as nine separate instruments and three groups.
The Orchestral Brass Compact, with its remarkable and varied sound quality, is an excellent complement to any orchestral library, particularly for goods containing lead brass instruments, whether in classical compositions, epic cinema soundtracks, or orchestral stage.
We gathered the most significant and common aspects and features from the full version for the small edition. At the same time, this brass library unquestionably exceeds expectations in terms of sound quality, expressiveness, and use. To accurately phase match and dynamic layer crossfades, the library’s utilities employ carefully built multisamples with detailed phase alignment. A total of eight dynamic layers provide realistic sound.
True legato, changeable attack on a note, and unique aids such as hotkeys, note headers, and remote control of all functions through MIDI via TouchOSC are among the library’s evident benefits.
Chris Hein – The Orchestral Brass Compact is based on the powerful Kontakt sampling engine, which features a custom-tailored user interface and a large library of scripts to meet the unique needs of these instruments.
A sound aesthetic is created by both high-quality equipment, such as select Neumann microphones, and exceptional performances by musicians. In contrast to the award-winning Chris Hein – Horns, this library employs the renowned WDR Symphonic Orchestra.
