on 5 Dangerous Fertility Nutrition Myths. Discover how popular nutrition recommendations may be undermining your fertility attempts and jeopardizing your baby’s health.
How ten years and thousands of hours of study led to the most important and dependable solutions for natural fertility, pregnancy, and lifetime health for you and your kid.
I’m Chris Kresser, an integrative medicine practitioner and the founder of ChrisKresser.com. My wife Elanne and I determined a few years ago that we were ready to conceive our first kid. However, as many of you have discovered, it was not as simple as we had thought. We had been trying for months without success.
We knew it would be more difficult for us than others because Elanne had recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and was 38 years old when we began trying. Many physicians would have urged us not to attempt at all in these circumstances, or to go straight to IVF or other assisted reproductive technologies.
But, being a qualified acupuncturist and herbalist, as well as a nutrition and health researcher and writer, I was biased toward finding a natural answer, and Elanne, too, wanted to get pregnant without medicines or IVF if feasible. So I plunged into the scientific literature with a zeal that I’m sure other hopeful parents may relate to. I read many research in peer-reviewed publications. I read four-inch-thick texts on every facet of reproductive health. I sought advice from subject matter experts. Of course, I relied on my own expertise of more than ten years of in-depth research into nutrition and health.
Then, in October of 2010, the miraculous occurred: Elanne and I became pregnant! To say the least, we were overjoyed. And, of course, all of my prior research had given us the confidence and information we needed during Elanne’s pregnancy. Elanne gave birth to a healthy, gorgeous baby girl, Sylvie Riel Hummingbird Kresser, on July 23, 2011, weighing 8 pounds, 3 ounces. (That’s Sylvie in the photo on the right.) Our midwife said she was one of the most interested, aware, and vivacious infants she’d ever seen in her 35 years of work. Elanne’s diet prior to and during pregnancy (the method I teach in the Healthy Baby Code) was directly responsible for this.

To break through the jumble and hype, combine old knowledge with current science.
Chris uses common sense, ancient wisdom, and current scientific savvy to navigate the overwhelming and contradicting nutrition studies.

In my integrative medicine clinic, I frequently meet women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding who are eating diets that are utterly improper – and sometimes dangerous – for their own and their baby’s health. With so much contradicting information available, it’s no surprise that women are perplexed.
Some argue that the optimum diet is a low-fat vegetarian or vegan one. Others recommend a low-carb diet. Still others argue that specialised techniques like the Blood Type or Brewer’s diet are the way to go. It’s enough to turn anyone’s head.
So, how can you determine which nutritional strategy to take? How can you sort through the mountains of contradicting material to select a method that will boost your fertility, encourage a healthy pregnancy and a safe and natural birth, and lay the platform for your children to live long and healthy lives?
Fortunately, there is an objective approach to answer this issue without depending on the newest trendy diet, health trend, or opinion. The Healthy Baby Code’s suggestions are based on thousands of generations of evolutionary wisdom as well as hundreds of the most recent peer-reviewed research published in major medical publications.
To begin, we might investigate what traditional societies consumed during conception and pregnancy. These tribes enjoyed high reproduction rates, uncomplicated (nearly effortless) deliveries, and a complete lack of contemporary ailments like obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, which are killing us now.
Second, we may look at the nutrients contemporary science says are necessary for conception and pregnancy. Today, we have tools that our traditional predecessors did not have, and we may utilize these tools to fill in the gaps in their knowledge.
Then we can combine time-tested tactics of traditional cultures that have been refined and improved over 77,000 generations with the most recent developments in scientific study to create the optimum dietary strategy for conception, pregnancy, and lactation. By bridging ancient knowledge with cutting-edge modern science, The Healthy Baby Code technique is not only incredibly successful, but also safe for both mother and baby.
You will know the following after finishing the program:

How this course may save you up to $60,000 in savings and years of worry and sorrowIt’s not uncommon for me to encounter women in my clinic who have spent thousands of dollars on pricey fertility consults (most of whom know little about nutrition), high-tech diagnostic tests, and IVF treatments.
A single cycle of IVF might cost up to $15,000. Given that some couples may need up to three cycles to get pregnant (with no guarantee that it will work), and given that consultations with fertility specialists typically cost $600-$1,500 or more and aren’t covered by insurance, it’s not difficult to imagine spending more than $60,000 out of pocket and still not having the baby you’ve always wanted.
The Healthy Baby Code provides a more natural, low-tech, low-cost alternative or supplement to the traditional “high-tech” way. Making the modifications indicated in this course, which costs about the same as a daily Starbucks cappuccino and a muffin for a month, might avoid the need for IVF and potentially save you tens of thousands of dollars.
In other circumstances, if reproductive technology is required, this training might save you thousands of dollars by increasing the likelihood that the initial treatment will be successful.
If you’re pregnant or nursing, you know how difficult it is to locate good dietary information. The knowledge offered in The Healthy Baby Code is equal to a university level course – except that it is not available at any college or graduate institution.
The best thing is that you will get lifetime access to the content for a one-time fee. That means you won’t have to pay again if you decide to have another kid later on.
For a small one-time charge, you may have instant, lifetime access to “The Healthy Baby Code.”
After purchasing the course, you will have immediate access to the course content through a password-protected website.
