This Virtual OMT session will teach you about the structural changes that occur in the female body during pregnancy, as well as how OMT may be utilized to address these somatic dysfunctions. Obviously, the greatest approach to learn OMT is to practice on real patients. I highly advise you to put these strategies to use on your coworkers and patients. We will discuss and watch the PROMOTE study, which focuses on OMT throughout the third trimester of pregnancy, and introduce you to my team’s research project, which focuses on OMT during labor and delivery.
