Many practitioners devote minimal effort to completing or assisting clients in completing different reports such as Adult Function and Work History. The same practitioner, however, shouts in irritation when the claimant loses his or her case because the ALJ judged him or her to be “less than entirely credible.” These reports can and should be used to support your argument. This course will teach you how to use these reports in court to support a favorable credibility determination. This course will assist you in training your employees on the best practices for completing reports, how to write responses, and how to instruct claimants on how these reports should be filled. By appropriately utilizing these records, an ALJ will find it difficult, if not impossible, to deny a case owing to the claimant’s “extensive daily activities.”
Dana Duncan – is a local Wisconsinite who understands and has experience with what customers are going through because his mother was a diabetic who went blind due to retinopathy in her 40s. He saw her cry because she had to abandon her job she loved and battle Social Security to get her benefits. He also watched as his father fought an insurance company over a back ailment, then the Veteran’s Administration for his VA rating, then Social Security for disability benefits after his military injuries and age caused him to retire later in life. He has made a profession out of assisting those in need. Duncan Disability Law was founded in 2011 for these reasons, after working with disability applicants since 1989. He has represented hundreds of disabled clients in Social Security law and Worker’s Compensation throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. Attorney Duncan has established himself as a well-known Social Security and Workers’ Compensation lawyer. In 2011, the NOSSCR conference was held in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Duncan received his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 1969.

Duncan Disability Law, S.C. Office Manager/Sr. Social Security Disability Specialist
Christine Duncan’s love of people and sympathy for persons with disabilities began in her teens and grew after meeting her in-laws who had blindness, diabetes, cancer, and lung difficulties, and after her own father went deaf due to Meniere’s illness. In August of 2008, this transitioned into full-time employment with Attorney Dana Duncan. When all levels of Social Security became her specialization, Christine was Dana’s lone assistant, handling both Social Security and Worker’s Compensation. Christine has assisted clients in submitting initial claims and through the whole administrative process, including filing District Court lawsuits in federal court. She has become EDPNA (passed May 2016) qualified since creating Duncan Disability Law and performs the majority of the office training and works as the Office Manager. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse program in 1989, was EDPNA certified in May 2016, and is presently a NOSSCR member.
