What kind of strength is required?
Body Composed of Rings
Is this curriculum right for me if my main objective is to learn skills like planches and levers?
Body By Rings excludes skills and static workouts. We recommend starting with a skills-specific training. Planche Pro, a specialized software from FitnessFAQs, may help you master the straddle.
Is nutrition addressed?
The principles of nutrition for hypertrophy are briefly discussed. Body By Rings does not include a nutrition plan.
Are there any bodyweight leg workouts included?
No. Lower body workouts with gymnastics rings would be a gimmick, and we’re not into that. With bodyweight workouts, our Limitless Legs program will help you build huge legs.
How many workouts do you do every week? How long does it take?
Upper body exercise will be done four times a week. A regular exercise will last between one and two and a half hours.
Is stretching included?
Yes. A vigorous warmup is incorporated to get the body ready for workout. A shoulder mobility routine employing resistance bands to enhance scapula movement is demonstrated, allowing for increased training output.
Loaded upper body stretching is also discussed.
Is the program inclusive of rings?
Gymnastics rings are not included in the training series and must be purchased individually.
