Coach Jeff Glover will train us in the whole D’arc course method on this DVD. The author will show us how to add the Guillotine lock in the extra section of the DVD. (2 volumes on a single DVD)
The D’Arce lock, also known as the Brabo choke lock, is named after its originator, Joe D’Arce, a third-dan black belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu who studied under Renzo Gracie. The D’Arce course has now demonstrated its usefulness and has become a required training maneuver in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
