ABOUT THIS COURSE
One of the core talents of great performance in any field is the capacity to build, sustain, and redesign habits, which allows you to conserve time, energy, and willpower.
In this workshop, you will study the finest concepts and tools for developing better habits, which you will then apply to a hands-on project: creating a sustainable daily habit to increase your productivity, creativity, health, or wellness.
In my work with Forte Labs, I’ve helped thousands of employees from companies like Genentech, Toyota, and Nestle learn and use behavior design principles, and now I’m bringing this process to a broader audience online.
We intend to:
Deconstruct and comprehend the Habit Loop, the fundamental concept governing habit development.

Combine these strategies in a customized template based on my Habit Loop 2.0 paradigm.
