There is a natural progression from one lesson to the next, allowing you to get a thorough and integrated grasp of the methods, techniques, and concepts essential to maximizing your feminine brilliance, amplifying your global influence, and leading a life of incredible depth and breadth.

Building a Soulful Support System (Module 1) (June 16)

Inspiring and encouraging female friendships are something we all crave. But it isn’t always simple to come by, especially when we need it the most. This course brings together a remarkable community of women from all over the world who have come together to learn, grow, and encourage each other to see the best in themselves and the world.

What you’ll learn in this lesson is:

Meet some of the incredible women from across the world who are also saying “yes” to a more expansive future.
Discover how spiritual engagement, emotional vulnerability, and physical activity may serve as cornerstones for building genuine rapport and deeper closeness in your relationships.
Learn 7 essential agreements that help strengthen trust in a group of peers.
Find out the fundamentals for fostering stronger sisterhood in your community.
Module 2: Keeping an Open Heart in Difficult Times (June 23)

An open heart is celebrated by most faiths since it’s necessary for developing meaningful relationships with others and the wider world. An open heart, which we can nurture as courageous women, is a soothing salve for the grief, hardships, and struggles of the world. Keeping a positive outlook in the face of adversity is a talent that may be honed with regular practice.

What you’ll learn in this lesson is:

Learn a straightforward method to enter a place of open-hearted awareness, even in the midst of intense mental and emotional turmoil.
Affirm your love by learning to give and accept generosity.
If you want to be healthier, happier, and more able to be present in your delicate vulnerability, cultivating regular heart practices can help.
Open your heart to the world and make a meaningful connection to the things that move you to take creative action.
Third Section: How to Build Stronger Relationships (June 30)

Deep, meaningful relationships are something we all seek. Why, then, is it so challenging to grow the kind of bonds that truly feed our hearts and minds? Because most of us lack firsthand experience with the process of developing deeper relationships, it is difficult for us to effectively train ourselves in this area. However, most of us have, at some point in our lives, been seriously wounded by other people. Therefore, we go through life on edge, wary of letting anyone in. Consequently, we may experience feelings of alienation at times. Nonetheless, that’s not how things have to be. There are straightforward methods for lowering one’s barriers and attracting more fulfilling romantic relationships.

What you’ll learn in this lesson is:

Learn to be more open and utilize it effectively to forge deeper connections with others.
Mastering nonverbal communication is a key skill for fostering presence and connection in your relationships.
Learn your own “love language” and the languages of the people with whom you want to deepen your relationship (keep in mind that even in the most compatible of couples, each partner may express their affection in a completely different way).
Try out these different intimacy exercises and activities to see if they help you relax your guard and reach a more genuine (or fun) state of connecting.
Part Four: Expanding Your Shining Presence and Attuning to the Insight of Your Body (July 7)

The key to being an amazing woman is how you “show up” in the world. To move with elegance, ease, and efficiency, nurture your radiant presence in the body. You attract others because of the depth and sincerity with which you present yourself. If you tune into your body’s intuitive guidance, you’ll be able to express yourself more honestly and take actions that are in harmony with who you are. People look up to you because they believe that just by “existing,” you can affect significant change in the world.

What you’ll learn in this lesson is:

Learn how to use time, space, and consciousness as tools for developing a more meaningful presence in your daily life.
By developing the skill of attentive listening, you may learn what aspects of your life are most pressing and what areas require more focus.
Maintaining your equilibrium and focus in spite of feeling off course or unsuccessful is a skill you can hone.
Experience how your reality may transform via the power of your presence.
Learn how bioenergetics may connect you with your body’s intuitive knowing so you can make better decisions.
Using Your Great Shakti Power Honesty, Love, and Integrity, Module 5

(July 14 – Pre-recorded Session)

You are an incredible force for change, especially now that you are embracing your sensuous and sexual side. When we handle it correctly, that Shakti power may set the globe on fire. However, it may also be employed to deceive, entice, or distort. This session is vital if you want to learn how to confidently express your sensual side in all situations.

What you’ll learn in this lesson is:

Learn techniques that can help you experience increased sensory intelligence in your body, and hence a sense of vitality, juiciness, and responsiveness.
Think about how you feel about women’s power and how you might have exploited or misused it in the past.
Learn what’s necessary to stand in your sensual and sexual power in a way that is pure and devoid of manipulation but still delicious!
So that the depth of what you share may be heard and felt, practice speaking your truth while being connected to your feminine heart.

Understanding Your Soul’s Vision, Lesson 6 (July 28)

There are boundless opportunities for you and people around you when you’re in touch with your own creative vision. What you’re meant to accomplish and be in this life is revealed to you, and you’re given the inspiration you need to make it a reality. You have the ability to think of new ways to approach old challenges.

As you hone your ability to see the big picture, those around you will naturally find your vision inspiring. As your vision takes root and your soul capabilities are realized in the world, you’ll be able to put those abilities to work recruiting people and expanding your inspiring initiatives, enterprises, and causes.

What you’ll learn in this lesson is:

You may become a more inspiring leader for women if you allow yourself to fully embrace your own visionary abilities.
Without worrying about time or money, let yourself fantasize your way into a reality that beyond your wildest expectations.
Find the place where your unique set of abilities and interests intersect with the requirements of the planet.
Be as open, adaptable, and imaginative as possible in your work and initiatives.
Getting the Life You Were Meant to Have (7th Module) (August 4)

Recent history has seen the world dominated by the masculine paradigm of manifestation. We live in a fortunate moment when we can combine the best of both worlds, drawing on the elements of the male model (such as laying out concrete plans of action and strict deadlines) and the more feminine principles of intuition, teamwork, and organic co-creation.

Feminine characteristics like attractiveness, pleasure, and happiness also have a powerful pull. When you tap into your source of inspiration, you may grow that energy to manifest with more elegance and ease. And when you couple those principles with the masculine ones, you unleash the floodgates to quick manifestation!

What you’ll learn in this lesson is:

Learn to embody your feminine essence while drawing on the strength of the masculine by embracing the duality of intention and surrender.
Work with the intentions you specified in Module 6, and begin to draw out the modest actions needed to carry your big aspirations out into the world.
Learn embodied strategies for moving through fear and other difficulties as they come up on your journey, so you may feel powerful and free.
Figure out what you can handle with ease and who you may invite to join you in the creative process.
Use the feminine moon cycle as a tool for turning your visions into 3D reality.
Lesson 8: Removing the Obstacles to Your Soul’s Purpose (August 11)

Most of us are conscious of the fact that we, ourselves, create most of the problems that prevent us from realizing our most ambitious aspirations. However, we frequently lack a clear plan of action. Many of these obstacles are not readily apparent and act subtly, at a level deep within our own psyches, making this scenario all too prevalent.

The module’s goal is to help you recover the divine essence of your power by delving into these basic distortions. As you come out of it, you’ll have a greater feeling of independence and power.

Within the confines of this unit, you will:

Find the areas in which you may be working against your own success, and figure out how to change your behavior.
Reclaim your confidence in your own strengths and self-worth.
In each situation, you may draw on the archetypes of the Great Mother and the Goddess of Love to find a source of unconditional love, pleasure, and delight inside yourself.
Design rituals to guarantee that your next masterpiece will be born of happiness and plenty rather than frustration and scarcity.
Feminine Gratification: Module 9 (August 18)

True satisfaction seldom comes from the things society tells women will bring them success and pleasure. Then what is it that actually works? And why is it that we so frequently doubt that we have what it takes to follow our hearts’ true desires? During our time together, we’ll encourage you to daydream about your perfect life and the things that bring you the most happiness and fulfillment, as well as the ways in which you may best utilize your unique set of skills and abilities.

What you’ll learn in this lesson is:

Learn the historical, cultural, and biological causes of women’s dissatisfaction (and what you can do to beat the odds).
Evaluate your areas of success and where you may be experiencing difficulties in order to better understand the factors that may be preventing you from realizing your potential as a woman.
Learn how to increase your level of happiness and contentment and start living from that place.
Learn more about Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and how it may help you succeed in life.
Module 10: Living Your Legacy NOW\s(August 25) (August 25)

One of the first steps in becoming an inspiring woman is to figure out what kind of mark you want to make on the world and on your loved ones’ lives. Why do you want to be remembered once you’re gone? What do you need to study and improve upon so that you may take a more decisive step in that direction at the present time?

Here in this lesson, you’ll:

Think about the mark you want to make on the world and on yourself, and use that vision to guide your actions.
Try to picture the kind of things you hope others will say about you at the end of your life, as well as the kinds of things they could be saying about you right now. Do note of any discrepancy and the steps you may take immediately to fill it.
Analyze your strengths and places for improvement, and create a schedule for incorporating new information.
Think back on the path we’ve traveled together and the changes you’ve made along the way. Let the other ladies in our community cheer you on as you make strides toward a life that truly matters to you.
