Description
An experiential and conceptual training that will immerse you in MBSR.
Give your customers the ability to live in the present moment by placing tension and pain in a fresh context!
Learn from a Jon Kabat-Zinn-trained MBSR specialist.A message from your speaker
I know you’re interested in healing if you’re reading this.
As a physician, you understand that experimenting with different treatment approaches to assist recovery supports the rigor of our profession.
Over many decades of that same effort, it became quite evident to me that the symptoms exhibited by my clients might become their ally if they learned how to connect to them differently.
The presenting condition is the entrance to healing, whether it be stress, worry, sadness, sorrow, trauma, or catastrophic sickness. It is determined by the level of awareness and relationship with the imagined ‘issue.’ As a result, my life’s mission is to create circumstances that promote individual wellness. Mindfulness, and more especially the original template for mindfulness-based therapies, MBSR, teaches clients how to harness their intrinsic healing power through a new sort of awareness.
Join me in this restorative class to discover the original healing template established by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., and leave with skills that will alter your clinical practice – as well as assist you with your personal stress and burnout.
Here’s to recovery,
Diane
