DESCRIPTION
Fascia is a general name for the connective tissue that runs throughout the body, stabilizing and connecting muscles, bones, and organs. This sequence trains and reorganizes our fascia into supple, reactive bands, substantially boosting range of motion, athleticism, and mobility. When fascia loses its elasticity as a result of inactivity, lack of mobility, or age, our bodies lose their young bounce and we become achy, uncomfortable, and unable to perform adequately in yoga or other physical exercises. The principal fascial lines are shown in this design. Dynamic rebound training is used in each of the 30-minute lessons to train each fascial line. We allow the rebound to return us to our neutral posture as we move dynamically into a movement. By exercising the fascia in this manner, we not only feel healthier and more flexible, but we also improve our balance, proprioception, and reflexes over time.
