Description
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction has had the most impact on bringing self-care and awareness training into the mainstream of health care today (MBSR). It offers simple but effective practices of body scan, meditation, and moderate mindful yoga to help you achieve a deeper feeling of wellbeing, balance, self-reliance, and inner freedom. It was established by Jon Kabat-Zinn and is currently taught in over 250 medical facilities around the world. Whatever your concerns are, you’ll leave feeling more at ease and in control.
