Description
Meridian Tapping is a powerful Mind-Body Tool that has assisted countless people in discovering their inner healing potential. Our bodies are endowed with intelligence. It is up to us to take advantage of it. We take it literally in this course and use Meridian Tapping to rewire our relationship with the factors that contribute to and cause stress, worry, and anxiety. This course covers the biological and scientific foundations of tapping, the EFT Tapping technique, and troubleshooting suggestions. This course contains a guided meditation for Anxiety, Stress, and Worry, as well as some extra content.
What exactly is Mind-Body Healing?
The mind and body are inextricably linked and work in tandem. Many of us were not educated to explore the mind-body link or to consider our recovery in terms of it. Many of us understand that stress is bad for our health and that our emotions influence how we feel physically. We may notice that when we are stressed or overworked, we are more prone to catch a cold, or that when we are depressed and nervous, our discomfort intensifies. These examples demonstrate the mind-body link. When it comes to repairing our minds and bodies, the mind-body link becomes critical to consider; in fact, I refer to it as the “basis of healing.” This means that no matter what combination of therapeutic methods is chosen and used, healing will be considerably more difficult than it needs to be without an understanding of and respect for the mind-body link.
I established the American Academy of Mind-Body Healing to help you cultivate your own Mind-Body connection and connect to the natural wellspring of healing inside you. This is something that we can all do.

The Mind and Body are inextricably linked. Living harmoniously entails being conscious that the mind and body are one. Our ideas have an impact on our physical bodies and vice versa.
We are all born with the ability to heal. There are several systems within us that may heal and restore damaged cells and tissues in our bodies, as well as heal the deepest scars within our minds.
Emotions must be recognized. We must allow ourselves to completely experience our feelings. Repressing, suppressing, or rejecting our feelings prevents us from healing and living fully.
Healing cannot be compelled. We can’t utilize our brains to control our bodies in a “mind over matter” scenario unless we pay attention to what the body actually needs and is attempting to communicate to us. Similarly, we must be patient with the mind, respecting and being aware of the thought patterns we follow and the ideas we have.
Symptoms, sicknesses, and difficulties are all precious messengers. It is critical not to blame ourselves for our diseases or difficulties. We do not create all of our disease and suffering, but there is a reason why we are facing the difficulties that we are. These are put in our path to help us become more conscious of particular elements of ourselves and to motivate us to learn and grow.
Self-healing is the foundation of all healing. Others may help to facilitate our recovery, but the healing ultimately comes from inside ourselves. Healing is something we allow to happen within ourselves, not something that occurs “to” us, and it is something we are all capable of.
Healing is an ongoing process. Even when our physical problems have disappeared and we have been declared “cured,” we still need to recover. Healing is a magnificent lifetime process and experience. Whether we call it self-care, self-awareness, or love, all of our life experiences are interwoven with our healing. Healing is not a straight line. No matter how great or how unwell we feel, there is always something to be healed.
Although my primary focus has been physical health, my clients, students, and I have come to realize that this healing is far broader. We’ve discovered that Mind-Body Healing welcomes wellness into all parts of our life, including our relationships, careers, financial conditions, bodies, and brains. Finally, it enables us to become more in sync with our inner nature and feel more totally, vibrantly alive. I’d love for you to go on this trip with me.
