This course will guide you through my 6-week self-development program. Over the course of six weeks, you will get weekly PDFs and videos on six different topics. You will also receive weekly “homework” and assignments to assist you in incorporating these concepts into your life and making them habits! This course does not involve individual coaching.
The course is divided into the following sections:
Week 1: Creating an efficient and productive morning routine
Week 2: Recognize your principles and beliefs
Week Three: Manifestation/Meditation/Affirmations
Week 4: Identifying and removing limiting beliefs, as well as rewiring negative thinking cycles.
Week 5: Improve your connection with food and exercise.
Week 6: Review, Assess, and Apply.
Routines include at-home, band-only, and gym-based workouts.
