Cody Marvin is a sustaining member of NOSSCR. He is the managing attorney of the Law Offices of Barry A. Schultz in Evanston, Illinois, after graduating from Evergreen State College and the University of San Francisco School of Law. He has represented Social Security disability applicants in hearings since 2009, has argued many cases before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and has worked on over a thousand appeals in Seventh Circuit Federal District Courts. He is a member of NOSSCR’s Amicus Participation Committee and has helped to the preparation of amicus briefs on NOSSCR’s behalf in two instances before the United States Supreme Court.
