Description
Some folks have asked me, “What can I do on the other days, Greg? What if I want to go to the gym on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays when I’m training? What if you want to do that type of thing? And I don’t want to interfere with the rehabilitation process; I don’t want to derail the program.”
I designed a cardio, abs, and mobility program. I made it because I wanted to increase the rate of fat loss. I wanted to improve my conditioning and really strengthen my abs. The program is quite beneficial.
My issue is that I used to do a lot of aerobics, which really made bending down more difficult because it merely made me hungrier, making me want to eat more. It made it more difficult for me to keep to the diet.
When I designed this program, I wanted to discover a cardio training technique that wouldn’t interfere with my strength growth or make me hungry. A program that incorporates ab training so that you can practice abs on rest days is also available. There is minimal to no brain fatigue. I wanted to design an ab routine that would strengthen my abs without creating back discomfort. Because many ab workouts induce back discomfort and are bad for posture, I devised the cardio abs & mobility program.
This is excellent advice if you want to improve your outcomes on your off days. It’s ideal if you want to work out a little bit more, enjoy a little faster rate of fat loss, create fantastic abs, and other similar things.
How do I put it to use?
I do a little bit of both. I’ll go for a month or two with just the three exercises a week, and then I might tighten things up and put in some cardio ab mobility sessions when I want to see faster results.
