Gwen A. Levitt, DO, DFAPA is a Phoenix-area board-certified adult and forensic psychiatrist. She graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pomona, California, and completed her internship and residency at Maricopa Medical Center. She works full-time on one of the adult inpatient psychiatric wards at Valley wise Health (previously Maricopa Integrated Health System). In her own business, she delivers criminal and civil consultations as well as fitness for duty examinations in a variety of fields.
